Alarms, where

I'd like to have the following alarms:
A text/sms message/sound on the screen whenever a 10 minute chart touches Bollinger lines, for DJI/FTSE/DAX

Today I use Tradingview, but first they want money for having more than one alarm, fair enough, but there's the problem that there's no data during the night, so the first hours of the trading day the Bollinger lines are skewed. Tradingview then offers another even more expensive package to have 24 hour data. And I prefer text messages to emails, available but again more expensive. It adds up...

Is there an alternative, maybe free, where one can get free text alarms like I need?

Thanks, but I can only find how to get alerts on the price, absolute/relative, of the index, but not on when it crosses the indicator (Bollinger)?

Try scrolling down the page, I see Bollinger bands quite clearly

Yes, I can get Bollinger bands and I can set alerts, but I can't set alerts for when the Bollinger bands are crossed
?
