Advice needed please

wonder if any of our esteemed forex members can assisit with this query please?

I am currently living and working in Tuscany, italy (Florence) and I am being paid in Euros which will be paid into an Italian bank account. I have, however, regular bills to pay in the UK as I am keeping my property there.

Can anyone suggest the cheapest and most efficient way of paying these bills in sterling without losing huge amounts in commissions and huge spreads etc.
