Someone recommended Principles of Economics (Teh Bernank and other bods) to me, although I've never read it.

The person who recommended it has got a good dollop of noodles in his skull bowl (not that necessarily means anything).

Anyway, you can probably have a look for free and see if it's something that interests you.

"Bird Watching in Lion Country" by Dirk Du Toit isn't bad at all (not cheap, though - but you can actually download the first part of it, free, from the author's website).

One that covers the basics of fundamentals and tosses in some TA and money management would be:

Been looking around for a cheaper place that sells it but this is about as low as it gets unless you have to pay for shipping separately (which usually works out to be more expensive.)

I once found a cheaper copy on ebay...

The best trading books I read by far were Jack Schwager's Market Wizards and The New Market Wizards. Well worth a read.
