They are only available with a guarantor and sky high interest rates- so I wouldn't start jumping yet.

I can't believe people still believe that house prices will go back up anytime in the next few years.

I know lol. A quick calc shows 800 repayment w 620 interest on 100k lol. Still think that there will be takers though.
