I can't seem to be able to change stop loss or TP by dragging. I have tried in the main chart window and also the chart that shows in the modify window. What do you click on please?

Yes I see that you are right about the point away, yes they should allow you to enter your actual desired exit price. I could see if they will change the software.

Shame about their wide spreads but for me the software is far more sophisticated than other firms that I have used. I like the way that the trades and alerts etc appear on the chart and that you can trade from the chart, a bit like MT4 to me. If there is better spread betting software out there...

I can get a simple limit order script to work that enters a limit price to buy at the current Ask price less 1 point for the FTSE 100. I also wanted to have a script to enter a limit of Ask price minus a 0.5 but this does not work for me. No fractional scripts seem to work, only whole numbers...

Hi TOC Tradefair's price was correct when SLM's was way behind. I really want SLM to be the best offering, I am no computer expert but presumably their servers just can't cope at times of peak demand.

Unfortunately, like I mentioned a while back, SLM's computing power seems lacking when the markets are very volatile and at UK market opening time. Weeks ago I noticed that the FTSE 100 was behind on SLM by about 20 points at the time of a US data release.

There is a problem for me with the fractional points for the FTSE100 on SLM. It is that that the fractions change. They can be .1,.4, .6, .9 and on another day .2,.4,.7,.9 and also I have seen .0, .3, .5, .8. Not a major problem but if the fractions could be standardised it would be nice. My...

What happens when the price changes after you click to trade and before they have completed the order, I know this may be only a fraction of a second time window but just after some important news prices can change in this time. Surely they have to requote then?
