CAPITOL SPREADS Today your spreads have been biased by 10 to 11 pts on the daily dow. This is a difficult enough game at the best of times but with bias like that it makes it near impossible. It does seem as though you are taking the pxxs out of your clients, please tell me this isnt the case.
