    ECB bench = 0.5%. EURIBOR 2013s ~ 0.25% - help me understand?

Hi, Starting taking an interest in money markets and how they relate to the economy, but still just scratching the surface. Wonder if someone could help me understand how the money market interest rates relate to central bank benchmarks - the rate at which banks can borrow from their respective...

    Data/Broker recommendation w/ Ninjatrader platform

Hi there, I know a bit about futures but very little about stocks, so would appreciate some advice. I'd like to experiment for a month by watching the time&sales for "in play" stocks (i.e. those that have prominent news stories pre-market), using ninjatrader platform, if possible. But not...

6A interesting Daily Chart - Potentially explosive? (Aussie Dollar)

would agree the chart implies upside break, if only because the long-term trend is very obviously to the upside... follow the path of least resistance. As to the volatility taking a while to re-cycle, actually, my *guess* is that there will be an explosive increase in 6A volatility within the...

6A interesting Daily Chart - Potentially explosive? (Aussie Dollar)

Interesting spot 6A finds itself in. I think there could be explosive action in the next 30 days - as to which direction, who can say? Never have been a great "believer" in technical analysis 101, but on a daily chart such as mine shown, I interpret it in very simple terms: The trend is up...

Opinions on the "cleanest" spread betting platform?

good feedback across the board. I concede in the longer run SB might not be such an evil as initially I assumed

Opinions on the "cleanest" spread betting platform?

I've watched spread betting products side-by-side against Futures price ladders - they clearly follow in tandem. I think SB's are pretty much for mugs though, that is true. I refer to the inherent bid/ask costs, excessive roll over costs and/or overnight financing.

Opinions on the "cleanest" spread betting platform?

Hi fully aware of the inherent disadvantages of spreadbetting. Nevertheless would like to open an account just to place some bets on the side for fun - I have an ancient CMC markets account but it to be generally "unweildy". Nice to look at from a distance, but sluggish charts / product...
