Those places aren't really what most mean by prop houses - also, there are very few in London - Mako Global is one example - those places hire engineering/computer science grads, MSc grads etc and they mostly trade higher frequency options market making strategies.

Well.... in my experience salaries really encourage laze/lack of ambition etc. in certain people, and given how hard it is to fire people in the UK think incentives can work very well. Saw your post in another thread about locals not being paid salaries..... out of interest what angle are you...
Several years at least, although with your system I (and many others) believe that it is possible to determine the results/expectancy of this system a priori, and therefore technically I probably think that sample size is irrelevant.
