Anyone using sierra, please could you tell me how i simply save a chart at the end of the day with MA,RSI & CCI etc, & then just open it again to find all the info i saved...i find i save a chart then try to re-open it & it's not there, or sometimes it's there but without any indicators...

Left chart open for 5 mins or so but still no luck, however when i tried INDU-I-NYSE.. it's displayed chart !! although but no data becuase market is closed. Have also tried ES-200209-GLOBEX but not displaying that either..

I have just purchased sierra & want to run it with IB's feed, I have set TWS to 'enable ActiveX & socket clients' & made sure socket port is '7496'. Also set data source settings on sierra to server 'IB' as per instructions on Help. But i cannot seem to bring up a chart i tried YM-200209-ACE...

cheers rossored..i wanna move on from SB because firstly the spreads are too high & secondly they are always moving the prices against you IMHO, so whenever their is a sign of change in market direction or approaching a key level you're battling a spread of about 8-15 points IMHO & i just fing...

I an think of opening an account to trade US futures with IB as i've read their very good & cheap in commisions, but i wanted to know what the spreads are generally like on - Dow = YM S&P mini = ES cheers sonny

I placed my stop above the shoulder at 4140, just been stopped out. Yes i did think it was th start of new down trend. My moving avergaes also gave a sell signal & 14 CCI also was heading south through 0, on my 5min chart!! Lost 8 points could of made 20-40!!! thanks for looking at my charts...

I am new to this website, so i would just like to say hello to everyone. Over the last 6 months i have read up alot on trading & technical analysis & i think i'm ready to strt trading. I'm planning on day-trading & at the mo i work from 2.30pm till 8pm so have about 6 hours free to trade...
