I make that 4 losers in a row this week.

Stopped out today annoyingly. Sell triggered at 5962 but then got high enough to stop out at 5977 before falling much lower again :-(

Good work guys, I too did not do well last week. I may join you in trying the 8am-9am range.

I must admit I've always wondered what sort of stop losses people implement when they're holding positions for days or weeks at a time (rather than day trading).

It would appear (from reading elsewhere) that the method is indeed different, there's mention of a 280 point stop loss, swing trading and trades potentially being open for days at a time. Further info from anyone would be appreciated. Going back to Boomerang, a quick Google found this link...

Wish I'd done that earlier as my GBP/USD also triggered a sell. Both were in profit for a while now GBP/USD has shot up and hit SL. And FTSE not looking good.

Another woeful result. GBP/USD hits stop loss for the 3rd day in a row. Has this been the case for other people?

Complete opposite for me. GBP/USD seemed to be at top of 8-10 range at 10am so much so that I actually just placed a buy trade rather than any orders. It prompty plummeted down and hit stop loss. FTSE100 BB range was too big so I didn't trade. Would be interested to hear other people's trades...

Indeed yesterday not good at all. Think my GBP/USD was once again triggered by about 1 pip and then promptly reversed. Can I ask - when people talk about their trade expiring what exactly is meant by this? Are you closing it manually at a particular time? Thanks

I had range as 48 and ATR as 69.
