MaxiV, I wouldnt go wasting your time with anything IMC or CISI (lower than FSA level 4) - these are basically benchmark exams - plus, there are NO exemptions from CFA at any level from any other body which might be worth noting. I know a few chaps who have completed the CFA exams in 18 month...

Also worth bearing in mind that exams for UNIT 4 have been withdrawn by SI. You now have to sit Units 6, 2 & 7 separately (assuming you want to do Secs and Fin Derivs).

Could be some kind of Leveraged Loans/or Loan repackaging role? Lev Loans are generally used by LBO's to raise finance. Lev Loans are secured, and have a higher debt seniority... typically pegged to a floating rate like Libor. Might be worth reading up on secondary market refinancing...
