My analysis: Downtrend approaching major support. Can expect buyers to come in here with good prospects of trend reversal.
Go long at 689, s/l 665, risk 24. Target 800. R/R 110/24 = 4.58.

I welcome comment from more experienced traders regarding this trading sequence:
I am spreadbetting with IG, using ITCharts to identify price action on support/resistance and trends.
1st chart is Admiral Group plc as at 25/3.

Perhaps a descending triangle forming on 780 support...

I plan to call back tomorrow when their chart man is back at his desk in case I get a more satisfactory answer.

Seems a surprising thing for them not to be able to get right - I would think all the data is sucked from the same database.
Are these common glitches with charting software, or are some packages more reliable?
I don't want to spend money on one if...
Are ITCharts 20 mins delayed?
They are described clearly on IG Index's Tool's as 'Real Time Charts' and as far as I can see they do indeed show the midpoint of the spread in real time.
I'm fairly new to this trading lark, but can't find any logic in this...:confused:
