We are a fast growing land brokerage based in the City, looking for hungry sales professionals who wish to apply or develop their financial sales skills.

You will be rewarded well for results with good quality marketing strategies to support you. The first month is commission only, working to a 10% target. Average trade sizes of £7500 make taking home respectable earnings in your first month totally possible.

The skills developed within this sector are the same as Stockbroking and you will learn quickly on the job how to offer compliant professional advice. After a successful first month probation you will take home a retainer of £850-£1000 plus the much larger earnings you receive from deals done.

If you fancy giving this industry a shot, selling Greenfield NOT Greenbelt land, we are happy to speak with you to give you a trial. We provide the phones you bring the enthusiasm.

'Average trade sizes of £7500'

Sounds about as ethical as flogging penny shares to grannies.

Ha f****ing Ha.

You may as well apply for a double glazing sales job if you think this will get you any closer to the markets

Lol, the website is completely un-proffessional and the english is appalling!

Here's a sample:

'Land is a rare commodity. Price rises of 762% over the last 20 years confirm that it is becoming increasingly competitively sought-after. With planning policies restricting the supply of greenfield land for house building this is perhaps hardly surprising.'

Haha, sounds like a 14 year old who isn't even very articulate wrote it.

What was that guy thinking, posting on here?!?!

Dude,

you are in the wrong business. how about selling waves in the ocean

I will hire you, and you can go and market waves of green ocean to whoever you wish. first month, commission only. second month, 50% split depending on your success. Ah, forgot, your initial investment for this venture is 5k. We will refund if you are not satisfied by the 6th month :cheesy: .

by the way, when you start selling, remember to sell waves in the Caribbean much higher than waves in the North Sea ;)

land is a safe investment though, there is very limited land, therefore the supply curve is very inelastic, a small change in demand will have a small impact on the price of land.
