Which Would You Choose?

This is for a friend of mine who has a choice.

1. Equity Derivatives Marketing (Tier 1 I-Bank) or,
2. Securitisation Structuring (Tier 2 I-Bank)

He likes the people at the structuring role but thinks the EQD is probably going to be a more profitable business in the longer-run.
