This poll is for people who are genuinely interested in spread betting.
If you have no interest in spread betting (hate it even), I suggest you
go and polish your Ferrari, massage your ego, and open that special bottle of wine you've been saving, and leave this thread and its participants well alone

I am interested in seeing which of the SB firms is currently being used by T2W members.
I am not asking individuals to say which they use (if they wish to tell us, that is fine, but that is not what I am after). I just want to know which of the many firms (including brands or labels) are most used.

I am listing all the white labels separately, ignoring the fact for the purposes of this poll that a lot of them are part of the same group.

That is part 1. It is multiple choice so tick all the ones you presently use actively. Don't bother with those you have used in the past, but don't now. To put a limit on it, only tick those you have used at least once this year or plan to use before the end of this year.

Part 2 is about whether people only spread bet, or whether they combine it with other forms of trading.

Part 3 is for those who only spread bet at the present time, and asks them how long they have been trading (where trading includes all trading experience, even if not spread-betting).

hm....they do look a little bit suspect don't they.

Too many options I guess.

Probably shouldn't have tried adding the extra questions at the end for one thing.

I was surprised quite how many "brands" there were.

(ok English, I admit I was almost "had" by Sandwich Spreads, you bad lad :) ).

Well, I'm going to be away for a bit, so won't be able to investigate just now.

If anyone who hasn't voted but is interested, still cares to vote (even if there might be something wrong with the polling thingy), thanks in advance. I'll take another look when I get back.

Thanks to those who voted.

Monty are you planning on becoming an Affiliate, weighing up multiple revenue streams:LOL:

I'm just waiting to sign up for the Montyspreads white label with zero spreads and £10,000 opening credit offer.

Have you been on holiday Monty, have'nt seen you around for a while chap.

Yes...well a course and holiday combined. Sans internet access (partly by choice :) ).

Quite hard to get back into all this malarkey actually :) Just going to take it easy and maybe just read charts for a while.

I'm new to the spread betting game. Does anybody have any suggestions of any good demos for me to try out before I decide to sign my money away?

I will tell you which one not to use, definitely DO NOT USE DEAL4FREE (CMC), the worst, most shady firm ever! The orders are manipulated and don't work when it is in their interest, they manipulate the spread when you trade with large size, and there's also technical problems, CMC the biggest con ever!

CMC are right next generation SB had arrived, they are now more sophisticated in contigent order and spread manipulation than ever before!
