"The Grapes of Wrath" by John Steinbeck has inspired a social conscience in me that is outraged by the continuing success of the modern-day orchardists, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Chase and their ilk. In the migrant camps of the 1930's, the Company Stores enslaved the workers with their easy credit and high prices.
Nothing has changed ... only the actors and participants, and those with the duty to prevent it/fix it are looking the other way.
If you want to read a book that
should inspire something humanitarian within you, this is the one.
If you want to read a book that tells you how you can be something to help your fellow man, and yourself spiritually, look no further than the Torah, the Koran and the Holy Bible.
If you want to read a book that will show you how to achieve trading success, I suggest this one -

It has had a profound influence on how I view the markets and trading.
