web host to recommend

any good and cheap web host to recommend? i like one that comes with awstats. the one i am using now sucks. my index pages got corrupted and they did not even tell me until i tried to access the sites. i also have problems using their cpanel. it often time out.

I used IX Web Hosting Web Hosting:IX WEB HOSTING:Best Web Hosting Site:Webhosting Provider for a couple of years (fairly limited use) but with no problems. USA prices - much cheaper than the UK solutions I researched.
