Volume and Trade

Hey guys, how is everyone today ... so i am back with my questions ... btw, thanks to everyone who replies on here and my previous posts ... this is much appreciated. So i was wondering what would be a good volume and avg volume for day trading purposes ? ... and also if there is a way to calculate the number of trades based on these values or any other value available to us. if you use a tick chart that will show you the number of trades being made aswell as volume

Thanks for the quick reply, but i am looking at this from the point of a screen ... so i would need to have the stock before i could look at the tick ... what can i use in a screen to figure out the # of ticks ?
