Always laugh when I see Zelensky's name in headlines.

Zelensky does this and Zelensky does that.

Who in their right mind believes that comedian is a well respected, established politicians or leader, who is not corrupted and manipulated?

Zelensky's body language and movements alone show he is simply a puppet. Very stiff, poorly dressed and hardly any free relaxed movement. Compare that to Putin who always looks relaxed leaning to one side or the other, shoulders down, not tense, chest normal, unlike Zelensky busting out like a teenage body builder showing off his pecks trying to big him self up. Comedean and a clown indeed.

Some part of me thinks when / if he leaves Ukraine, it'll be an opportunity to ban him from entering back in, establish parliament and then the Ukrainian people could perhaps start governing them selves without US control again. Let's call it a hunch.

He'll almost certainly be gone by Christmas - if not before - and by the third anniversary of Russia's invasion at the very latest. Meanwhile, Putin and Russia go from strength to strength and the collective west are pooping their pants as there's sweet F.A. they can do about it. The Biden administration are praying to any god that will listen that they can continue the mayhem until the U.S. election is over. Not that it will make a lot of difference, as Trump looks almost as certain to be the next occupant of the White House as Keir Starmer does to No. 10.

US should explain to Ukraine that military aid won’t last forever

It is time for Ukraine to recognize realities on the ground

Heard some interesting debates recently from people of some status.

It was said that after Gorbachov Russia genuinely tried to join the West and integrate more with peace and trade.

Russian Alliance favoured the West and the EU, rather than China.

Well as it transpired, US got it all wrong and forever considering Russia to be main enemy and expanding NATO, continuing the encirclement has led to this Ukraine war.

Perhaps equally important and more so, it has been China that has grown rapidly and become a 'perceived' (imo) competitive threat to US and EU, not Russia.

Russia really has become a king maker between the US and China. So the recent closer ties between Russia and China is a serious threat now to the US.

Similarly, EU block throwing in support behind US was a big mistake. Our leaders have got it seriously wrong.

In my personal view I don't see neither Russia or China a threat. They are simply playing the same international competitive game of perfect competition in international economics with some predatory pricing, centralised government subsidies and the rest. Nothing new and nothing threatening.

It is as with the old British Empire and others, the loss of influence and unhindered pursuit of national interest, enslaving other smaller countries, is no longer a free ride that the US struggling with. Hence, the chest beating and proxy wars.

In this scenario, uncle Sam and all their dogs of war enthusiasts frothing in the mouth need a really good swift kick in the bollox to wake them up. I think a lot of people can already see this.

Sweden or Poland's desire to host nuclear weapons is madness. As if it'll make any difference. Just few more targets to take out with hypersonic followed by other tactical nukes if war ever broke out.

I really do not understand why countries would want to make them selves a target to support US fecked up foreign policy. Total mystery to me???
