An excellent article, Thank you for posting. We must be careful for what we wish for though...the next stage is going to require the acme of skill, tolerance and fortitude from those doing the negotiations (I hope they are up to it). Hopefully we will end up with similar arrangements as Switzerland and Norway. Interesting times ahead to say the least.
