I've done a bit of swing trading the past three months but would like to try my hand at scalping.
Can spread scalping teenies (NYSE, AMEX) in high volume (1000 or 2000 share lots) be profitable from a cost basis? I read somewhere on one of the trade2win discussion forums that I would need a direct access broker that employs a special routing system (ARCA, ISLD, BRUT or INCA) to do this kind of trading. How will the cost impact my return?
