Okay, so if you wanted to open up a business selling shares, bonds, commodities, various financial products etc what qualifications would be required? And are there any restrictions on the selling price, to wit does the off market price for a share have to be related to the market price or not?
I cannot see what would be wrong with buying a list of people who have bought investment products before (from a bank or whoever), contacting them with offers to buy shares, commodities and other exotic instruments.
So is there any prohibition on the kind of financial products one can develop and market or if you put it into a contract and they sign it are they bound by it?
