What's the largest amount of additions any of you have made in a single trade?

E.g. Enter off a pin, price goes up, consolidates in a flag, retraces and forms another pin so you add etc...

My personal record is 7 additions.

Gold may or may not change that.

5 is my record, on eurusd, then added the last 3 euros available to get my money's worth tee hee hee

Pin Bar and Price Action.. Very simple and worth a read..

I was looking for something, some good read that explain what is the meaning of the price patterns.. We know what is a pin bar, what is a flag, a inside bar.. But how many know what that`s means?

I found something useful about pin bars.. And I would be really glad if some of you guys have something similar on your documents.. :smart:

Looks like a daily pin on Cad/Jpy might be forming and its hitting a resistance trendline that has been tested twice before. Might be worth watching.

No potential setup...just an update on my Gold trade for anyone interested.

Two different entries/setups.

Circled areas were entries. Arrows were exits.

As you can see, I missed the first major spike up (having exited not long before it happened).

I caught the second one...

166 ticks in 2 days

You will also see that there was a pin just before the first big spike upwards. I missed this by pure chance. I would have taken it, had I seen it and it would have been a loss of 27 ticks + spread.
