I've used it (on the free trial). Understand that it is made for long term trading. If you trade intra-day, the concept is the same but more difficult to analyze. There is a we-site called marketvolume.com that will give you charts to use while daytrading voume.

where you can find free intraday filters. But i'm using their filters. you can optimise the characteristics of the window to show the stocks with average daily volume you are interested in, for example with ratio 1.5 (will show the stocks where the volume is 150% higher than in previous consecutive days). I think it is very interesting filter but the cost is too high for it's abilities. I am almost indicating the all market by them and decide if it is a trading day for me or not.
