Moving Average Compression (MAC)

Apart from knowing about GMMA's, I'm struggling to find more about MAC.

Could you send me a PM if you:
1. know of a good website(s), *forum(s) etc where I can find out more about this technique;
2. can elucidate on the benefits and drawbacks of using MAC as part of a method.

If that's Guppy's multiple moving averages and MAC relates to patterns in the MAs then you want to spend some time going thru the systems on forexfactory. Quite a number seemed to use GMMAs Fib.
