Love that Bloomberg map

I just love that Bloomberg map, all the countries of Europe coloured according to their market rise / fall so far on the day, flashing when their indexes change. Don't usually get anything useful from TV but this very eye-catching.

Can I get a programme to do that for my humble home PC?
