I'd widen your stop for that time of the morning. You can get away with 10 points usually through the day on the Dax (pending conditions). But before and around the open your very likely to get whipsawed out.

Yes i know , i am flexible sometimes i use a very tight stop and sometimes i use wider one . Look at the Dax where it is now - my loss would have been bigger - . It was just an attempt for a breakout , i like to use a tight stop for such trade .
