Is there a 'Market Scanner' software

Hi all, first post in a while....


So, a sotware that can list all markets with X or more volatility/liquidity, or those at all time highs/lows etc?


Basically this is for a friend who is currently trading major indices near their peak, then largely following them down, he wishes to do likewise with other instruments.......
