Hows it going guys,
Was wondering what your thoughts were on £/$ at 1.50 and if it is at fair value. My personal opinion is that it is as close as you can get to an equilibrium price between the pair. People are expecting the U.S to come out of this recession before any other country and so it makes sense for the dollar to strengthen over the medium/long term. However, what impact will increase in government spending and money supply have on the greenback?
