I am currently considering an offer in IMC Hong Kong. I have three questions about this company.

1. Is this primarily a market making firm? (At least, for graduate traders.)
2. Who are the main rivals, except Tibra, that they have in the Pacific Areas?
3. Is there anyone of you who are working in the firm as a trader? If so, how does you daily duties look like?
