I need a holiday...can traders actually switch off..?

Now this is my first family holiday since being a commited full time trader so some advice needed; should I just continue with the intraday trades (off 4 hour charts) or close everything down for 2 weeks?

In case if you can't let go of trading, just try to count Elliot waves in the sea water, this should give you a bit consolation for your trading talent...
