Hurst Channel - Hurst Band

I need to scan stocks for those moved above Upper Hurst Band and those moved below Lower Hurst Band.

Could you please recommend software that can automatically scan stocks and pick the right ones?

I am also interested in the above. I guess that Technifilter --a program I've used for
many years-- could be programmed for this scan. I use it to scan for stocks which have
moves outside of bollinger bands.

I am looking for the formula for the Hurst bands. do you know where I can find it?
