First I made a mistake. I didn't buy the book when I held it.
So now I need help. I don't know the title or the author, but I do remember the key feature I'm searching for:
this book had a two-page (or three-page) colour glossy pullout in the very front (or maybe in the back)- a diagram of the return on the Dow Jones Industrial Average given any starting year and any holding interval (within the bounds of about 75 ot 100 years).
The diagram is red, blue and black. The general shape is triangular.
