Does anybody know of any betting exchanges or binary exchanges that allow you to straddle or hedge the financial markets?

Some companies such as binarybet have various handicaps on each event, so e.g. you could bet on the FTSE to be up more than 25 at the end of the day, and on the FTSE to be down more than 25, so you win if the FTSE moves a lot. Is this what you mean?
