i started listening in to a chat channel regarding forex and the gbp/jpy some of the moderators mention that there are previous lines of resistance and support at different levels of some called psychological lines like the 50 and the 00 but the other ones im not sure where they are getting these supposed well known lines of resistance for this pair is there a way without cluttering up your chart to find out what these common lines are and should i keep them on an excel sheet next to me or do i just want to clutter up my chart by adding them myself?
