Hi All.

Checked our stock selections & am happy to see renewable energy up big.

Wasnt able to go to the yard sale bc of my recent hospitalizations.

Not a big deal, but wish i was out with everyone enjoying the nice day.

There is always tomorrow.

Believe we are all doing our best to stay safe.

Next week we should be able to enjoy a cool activity together.

There is a disc golf course, bowling alley & movie theatre here in town which might be fun for our group.

Good news my therapist is now my case manager at TTI.

She is planning on getting me into solo & group therapy.

I plan to stay hospital free & make it work here.

It took me a couple tries in Wixom before i was able to stay out of the hospital for over a year & a half.

Hopefully the voices will improve a little & i will apply better coping skills here so i can be free.

Maybe I can be Free at Last.

After 20 years of trying would be a beautiful thing.

We might be able to get out to the lake tonight after dinner & do some fishing.

I love to fish for bass in the fresh water lakes here in Michigan.

We almost got out fishing tonight at the local lake. Thunderstorms rolled in on our walk to the fishing hole & we had to come back home.

Tomorrow is a new day & we are planning on getting out to fish in the afternoon.

Its family euchre time now for us & then bedtime.

Hurting people & Harming people is really wrong & against the law.

If you feel like someone did or is doing you wrong please keep it simple & sane.

Two wrongs dont make a right.

We need to speak up & share our voice peacefully.

Make sure to abide by the law today so we can keep all of society safe.

There are mental health facilities intended to keep us safe.

Please keep the peace.

If you feel like hurting or harming someone please do not.

Please reach out for help if you start feeling homocidal or suicidal.

There are some really good folks in society in place to keep us all safe.

Please defend our fellow peoples lives, freedom & rights equally without violence.

Life is such a gift.

Lets all embrace more love for each other.

Love & listen to our fellow people so we can unite & build a beautiful planet earth.

Protect our people & planet from global warming & climate change.

Believe in Building.

Unite to Build back a peaceful & sustainable planet earth.

Overwhelming majority of Law Enforcement are heros of society risking their lives to keep us all safe.

One day at a time i am committed to growing my sobriety & rebuilding my life.

In 20 years i did my best to keep society safe & earn an opportunity to prove myself innocent & recover.

After 150 trips to the hospital i still havent given up on Love, Family or Freedom.

Please choose to love our fellow people & planet.

Promise not to give up until i achieve a full recovery for myself & family.

We were able to zoom today for a video chat.

I am innocent.

I offered to take a lie detector test 20 years ago & jump off a bridge if i failed. I am an innocent human being. I really suffered for 20 years all day everyday thinking thought after thought. I survived through all the difficult days so i could be there for family, prove & rehabilitate myself.

I am at a recovery center now & really enjoy life with the folks who are here.

Please do the right thing.

Please give me back my mental freedom.
