Ok I kinda new to all this, so bear with me.
I have bought some gold a while and the price has gone in USD however the price has not performed anywhere near as well in GBP.
What I want to know is there a way of trying to avoid this?
One way I have figured is instead of investing X amount in ETFS perhaps use spreadbetting instead where I take long term positions on either Gold or Silver and bet on X amount per point. Would this be a wise idea or is there a better way?
