GBP futures account for ES?

Any recommended DMA futures brokers for trading the ES or YM?
It seems almost all of them charge a 100-200 basis point FX change when the account is held in a different currency from the $.
Are there any that will change your trade over at the spot rate and then change it back to GBP at no extra cost?

Try Fairvalue futures. Weakpunter reckomended them on here the other week.
