I've noticed that the FTSE doesn't follow price action signals as well as Fx markets. I know that Fx is the largest market and also heard that most Clients lose money on FTSE and DOW.

so I'm thinking of staying clear of the indices and only trading Fx. most times I trade the FTSE I lose

Seems like you've answered you're own question.

Also as a side note very low volumes in FTSE stocks has led me to trade more FX, and if there's low volume stock prices will swing about more and push the index all over the place.

Last short on Footsie.. 4425.. Does not look good..

Bitch... Does not respect our resistance either support levels...

Might be because ftse can be influenced by major moves in stocks that are heavily weighted against it... Not sure but Indices are sh*t anyway. In my opinion the learning curve goes indices> fx > commoditioes + moneymarket > all of the above + options

The problem with the indexes are that they can sometimes have too many masters.

FTSE is ruled by

100 individual companies
Futures market
US markets
