Morning all,

DAX - 4H Charts - PP Levels.

DAXy has made a HH and has to try for R2 @ 10542. We've also broken out of our green box to the upside so all looking very bullish. Is gettting to OB regions on RSI but once the market has fever RSI doesn't mean much.

Don't know if it will feel the need to test support and maybe trace back to PP @ 10263 but the rise and momentum are very strong.

SPX - 4H Charts - PP Levels.

We are pending a HH or LH test for SPX around the R2 @ 1995 - 2000 key psycho level. I don't see the bears giving it up without a fight but given the speed of rises and high volatility and the xmas bonus period around the corner I wouldn't put it past the big pension funds to squeeze the bears early into hibernation.

We could well see R3 tested at 2019 too. Best to absorb the body blows before pawing the bulls would be my grizzly approach.
