This one bottomed BEFORE FTSE did

I have a feeling you will say 'no' but is it possible that this corrective looking mover off 4220 is 4 with 5 still to come down?

you could be right but....

if the high is in (and its a big if)
we may now be in leg b having just seen 1/2/3/4 from the low this morning.
that would give us a 5 going into 2.30.
How does that look ?

I think Hungry Bear was suggesting a high today.

closest relationship to the 250 I could find

<img src='http://chart.bigcharts.com/bc3/intchart/frames/chart.asp?symb=uk%3AFtse+250&compidx=NASDAQ%3A3291&ma=0&maval=9&uf=0&lf=1&lf2=0&lf3=0&type=64&size=3&state=8&sid=125174&style=380&time=7&freq=1&comp=NO%5FSYMBOL%5FCHOSEN&nosettings=1&rand=7807&mocktick=1'>

that would sit well with my Stochastics but theres no point anticpating how far they could go but If I had to say...I would say we are mor likely to make a low below 4220 than make a new high above 4395 first.

But I got really confused the other week, I dont know if you were around, but at the lows I was waiting for 4200(fib) to be tested not realising that the Futs spiked down and back up off 4200 before the FTSE could even move 5 points.

did you read my pm ?

the dax seems to have a different wave count.
and looks quite negative.

either way, FTSE seems to be rising into the 5th now.
if we are going up, we may see some fancy dan footwork
by the mm's after the 5th is in to give us a very very quick
a/b/c to complete the movement.

FT250 is looking a bit ........
(threat of interest rates perhaps)

charts are slightly different.

Hi Bonsai - not trading much as I'm sick with the Flu. My preferred high date is at the end of this week, but it is possible it's coming early. More likely we see another rally though, but it's one day at a time this week. So close to a medium term high, but did the Ftse post it's high 15th Oct? Hmm, I didn't expect it, but the Ftse doesn't look too impulsive to the upside.

sorry about the flu HB
but don't come near me though.

looks like the 1/2/3 has now turned into a/b/c and we are going
down for a while.
may even accelerate ?

ps:
if it does then H&S ?
