I dont know who told you not to trade Fridays maybe they want the money for themselves or something.
I tell all the people that have come my way to trade Fridays as it is one of the best days to trade.
With your loosing trades you may want to ask yourself what was going on when you were trading, what was different between the winning trades and these trades so that when you discover what you did with the winning trades you can repeat the process.
