If you want to trade via Spreadbet, the minimum age is 18.
As for the website you mention - never heard of it I'm afraid. Chances are whatever information it gives you can either learn for free/read about on this site. What is it - a signal service, some kind of tutoring service - what?
EDIT: Actually, I've just googled and found it. Looks like the usual to me. I wouldn't waste my time. Any website that struggles with the English language - I quote : "exceeding $2,047, in a just one trading day" - sets off alarm bells in my head.
As for their claims of making XYZ amount in one day - yeah, right. All of course assuming you have the margin for that position size, are in the market and able to get a fill at the price quoted, that you hold the full position for the entire move etc etc.
