Might even grow new super brains. Duh 2+2= ?

It seems such a waste getting loads of knowledge together only to lose it all when one dies. Perhaps knowledge transference could be invented.

Instead of knowledge transference, why not hive minds? The ultimate socialism of knowledge.

I wonder if they will re grow teeth ?

They already have very nice artificial teeth implants, no need to grow any. Growing limbs and organs and being able to do so relatively cheap would be a huge breakthrough, there are so many people in desperate need of such.

They seem already to be able to 3-D print minor organs!
I did read about them using stem-cells to do this, and the article was quite deep. I cant remember where it was.
But the article below is a reasonable overview.

I can see that in the not too distant future one will be able to talk to one's PC and have an intelligent conversation. Of course when one dies there on the PC will be the confidential friend of the dead person plus all their conversations, knowledge etc.

Why would you have to die? You could have your consciousness upload to that computer.

Well yes that is what I meant.

Congress could be populated by computers with uploaded human consciousnesses. Now that's a thought. All graded to add their weight to their opinions.

They say that the computers would allow for light speed transmission between artificial neurons. That would boost thought speed from 280 mph to 670 million mph. Put an end to the problem there is not enough hours in the day

If any stepped out of line they could be unplugged

So Trump better watch out.

I had heard about 3D printed prosthetics - I've even watched a few short documentaries about them - but not about 3D printed organs. I'm not at all surprised though, the technology for it is developing by leaps and bounds.
