Possible - yes, safe - no.
Probably using Martingale type strategies and will blow up eventually.

As far as I know the answer is a NO! A big one.
if someone can do it, why should she/he come and sell it to you?!!!!
Do not trust these kind of advertisements and just focus on making your own strategy stronger.
