There is now a huge potential for those that have the energy and enthusiasm to make mega bucks.
Get a good dynamic small team togethor plus finance and buy up perfectly good companies that are on the rocks, probably through no fault of their own.
The distressed company may need an injection of:-
marketing skills
finance skills
management skills
etc. etc.
Polaroid is a good example of this very idea !!
