Can't upload profile picture

Hi

I've tried uploading a 40kb jpeg image to save as my profile picture.
This is much smaller than the maximum size file of around 97kb.

I've tried on 2 seperate day to do this now, with different images, but it still fails. Why might this be?

whats the precise error message? at what point does it fail?

When i browse and save the location of my jpeg image, which is on my desktop, after clicking save changes, a few seconds later the screen changes and shows the message "unable to save image".

It worked last week when i tried it then, and that was also since the relaunch.

I've also tried uploading the image from MY DOCUMENTS, and that didn't make a difference.

I got "upload of image failed" for a jpeg, but it is showing as an avatar.

try saving it as a GIF and upload that.

GIF not working either, and jpeg preferable as they tend to take up less kb.

have loaded jpeg as my avatar, even though I got "upload failed" message.

Have tried uploading photos on two different computers and T2W still doesn't work....

Tried again, same problem. I've tried saving it as a jpeg and as a gif. Please help, quick.....

Thats my avatar. I had no problem uploading it.

It won't save profile pictures though :!:

BTW Sharky, i tried uploading as jpeg and GIF in both firefox3 and IE7. The image was smaller than the limit stated in the T2W instruction.

Size isn't an issue. I tried uploading my old avator as a profile picture also, and its tiny, but that didn't work either.


It was a nice piccy though wasnt it .

Complete fruitcake though thats the bird who stalked me. I just wanted a few witnesses!
