if you take a hit in the course of normal trading thats fine & part of the process, trading is hard enough without also having to fight the exchange, who should be your friend! someone should sue them for hits like that, maybe they'd take notice and do something about their sh!t systems.

Do you know how i can get info on communication ltd? I visited their office and saw their technology first hand in July 05 (I remeber the date well coz i blew out that week following terror stuff!) Havent traded since but now back in the industry and very interested in what they are up to.

I dont think they are retailing their client facing frontend platform any more, just keeping it in house for their own trading, and cashing in on all the exchanges short-sightedness.

yep, they are something like 5% of daily ICE volume now, pretty amazing considering they are not an oil company!
