Broker for the new cash settled oil options NYMEX

Hi,

I am also looking for a good broker who will let me trade cash settled oil options over their platform. Can anyone recommend me one?

It would be great if they have a platform where I can paper trade/mock trade my account before I pull the real trigger.

I Put in an "s" after "chart". Now it's OK.

They are based in Spain but have offices in France, England (maybe Germany - the contact name speaks English, French and Spanish - maybe even German).

I pay around Eu 90 per month for Eurex futures and options (plus charts/custom indicators, fx, news, intrenational indices, ect)
