If there are those out there that can confirm or prove this, why has this not been brought to the attention of the authorities ?

I think you are correct.
GAZ2 2nd Notice strike off London Gazette was 27-10-2006 yet I am looking at the following payments are being made to this company:
30-01-2007 £3000 J Coombs expenses for January 2007
30-03-2007 £3000 J Coombs expenses for February 2007
29-05-2007 £6000 J Coombs expenses for March/April 2007
06-08-2007 £11500 J Coombs expenses for May/June 2007
26-08-2007 £16800 J Coombs expenses for July/August 2007
That's not to mention the expenses claims in 2006 after 27-10-2006
 
If this is the case, these expenses are massive as well as fabricated, clearly a huge fraud, how can you accrue and invoice expenses against a company that does not exist - let the shareholders know for heavens sake !!
 
I'm not sure if any of you have spotted this but he has set himself up with another middle name giving himself a second unique identifier with Companies House.
 
Well Mr Coombs can try to hide from information about him or his activities but he will find it difficult - talk about in the public domain, its all over, just google John Coombs Biocide and Boiler Room Scam

Aha. I see what you mean. Looking at the chat on Biocide/Biotech/Vectorcide IMO this looks like a Ponzi scheme. It looks like they make no real sales so if they are paying out returns they must be coming out of new capital which is Ponzi. But it looks like every year there is good news with a new investor just on the horizon.

If any Biocide International shareholders are out there. I have some shares I can let you have in a new company called Cure All Ailments plc. They've made no sales but the shares are popping at £5 each. Minimum investment is £20k but you will double that in a month because they will be AIM listed. PM me. No need to worry about getting investment advice.

Get real guys. These guys were involved with the Wilmots who went to jail for this,

How come the Wilmot brothers were investigated, trialled and jailed yet Mr John, Timothy, Frank (or any combination) Coombs is still at large creating companies and selling shares?
Something very strange here!

Why would anyone invest in anything to do with these guys? If you do a Duedil search, the number of companies they've been involved in all going into liquidation or with questionnable credentials behind them is unbelievable. JTF Coombs can only be incompetent but then it looks like he makes a tidy living from selling shares in this Biocide. And he's been taking a £100,000 salary. But JC! How come you only paid the missus the little?
 
UK Man Rep. Nothing strange here. IMO Coombs will have squealled like a little piglet and agreed to turn evidence. Wilmot had no way out. Question is whether the same type of scam is going on. My guess and opinion is that it is. How come every year there is another buyer and it never comes to fruition? Why don't any shareholders hold him to task over this? Probably because the pussycat lawyer they have called Bonfield threatens to sue them if they dare question anything. But, this "lawyer" is not bright enough to realise that when all this turns, he's now implicated.
 
Any Biocide / Biotech International shareholders / investors care to comment?

Oh lets not forget Mr Coombs shareholders /investors in the new venture Vectorcide which shareholders in Biocide / Biotech International seem to know nothing about

You can imagine what happened when the descended on his offices. A change of underpants I bet but maybe he goes commando.

If anyone thinks he knew nothing and was innocent in this then just have a think about how incompetent that makes him sound and he is far from that in my opinion.:LOL:

As a small shareholder in Biocide I am concerned with your comments. My holding may be small compared to others but I cannot afford to loose it. I have therefore made some enquires of my own. I am of the opinion that you are either being vindictive or your simply cannot read a set of accounts. I pray you are not a rival !! Coombs must be the worst crook ever if your telling the truth as it is clear that his salary whilst being taxed etc. has not been drawn and indeed he has invested a large amount of cash as shown in the accounts. If he's going to put the company down as you suggest he loses the lot. His own tax paid money !!!
where I do agree with you they do seem to deal with some strange people / companies . They announced a deal with a company called Sanondal if they'd looked they would have seen that it appears to be run by a Stuart White who appears to have more than enough problems of his own with an Estate Agency Franchise. So bad that there is a full website detailing his alleged misdemeanours. A trace on the company name leads to a company in the tax haven of Malta. Simply input Stuart White Century 21 into Google and see far more on him. How did Biocides Management miss this ? Another failed agreement is with a company Called Green Frog Ltd. One of the Directors Darren Magee claims to run the company whilst at the same time appears to hold a senior position in the NHS . Has he informed his trust of the conflict of interest I wonder.
It appears to me that there is no real evidence of malpractice ( I have confirmation that the FSA cleared both the company and its officers in any involvement with Willmot and indeed Coombs was a CPS witness .)
Does anyone know why the Sales Manager left another bad move who employs a used car salesman to sell chemicals. Coombs does need to explain these lapses in good management

Actually I am not telling you anything and I am not privy to the accounts of Mr Coombs Companies

looking into your diligence regarding companies that have exited or terminated agreements with Biotech International Ltd, it is seriously flawed - you have the company names wrong for a start, they are Sanandaf UK and Green Frog Enterprises Ltd - I contacted the Management of each company

As both companies and others now are considering or indeed progressing legal action against Biotech, its probably best left there for now.

I am told Green Frog Enterprises is a family company - Darren Vincent Magee the son is the MD of Green Frog Enterprises Ltd and Stephen Darren Magee the father is the NHS Consultant Medical Engineer, Authorised Person Decontamination NHS and Medical Device Safety Officer - they are not the same person

I was told If you would like some background, you are most welcome to call Darren Magee Senior 07717 457854

And for clarification, I was informed that as a specialist supplier of consultancy and management services to the NHS - Darren Magee Snr is required to and has declared his interest in Green Frog Enterprises Ltd - this is a matter of record and in the public domain
